    The Unalome CEU ceremony experience is carefully designed to provide a safe environment conducive to personal growth. We recommend that you arrive at least one hour before the scheduled start time of the ceremony, allowing enough time to settle in and settle in calmly. It is important to wear comfortable and discreet clothing, and avoid the use of perfumes or essential oils, as in an environment of expanded consciousness, the sense of smell can become more sensitive. It is suggested to bring a bottle of water, a roll of toilet paper for personal use, a pillow and a blanket (if you cannot bring any of these items, we can provide them). Mats are provided on site. During the ceremony, which is a practice of meditation and presence, it is essential to respect some rules.
